COURSE INFORMATION:
SWIM: The swim start and finish has been moved to the sandy beach part of Lynch Park. The swim course will be in protected Beverly Harbor. This course is "GPS" measured and supported by the Beverly Harbormaster. Wetsuits are recommended, but not required. Typically, water temperature has been around 65°-68°.
BIKE: This 40K scenic double loop course is ideal for triathletes and spectators. LOGISTICS:
Free on-site parking. Restrooms and outdoor shower available. One secure transition area near the parking lot--ideal for athletes, support crew and spectators. Wetsuits are recommended, but not required on the swim course. Please arrive with plenty of time to check-in, rack your bike and get acquainted with the race course.

Relay Teams: $75

Race day registration and packet pick-up will begin at 8:00 am on race day.

DIRECTIONS TO LYNCH PARK:
From Route 128:
Take exit 18. Turn right onto Route 22 South.
Traveling south there is a small shopping area on the left, then you will pass over a set of railroad tracks. (approximately 1 mile) Turn left at the 3rd street. CORNING STREET.At 3rd STOP SIGN, turn right onto NEPTUNE STREET. At the top of the hill you will see a stone wall. The second entrance on left is the main one to the parking lot.
From Salem:
Take route 1A, over the Veterans Memorial Bridge (Salem-Beverly). Bear right at the 1st intersection. (Cabot St.) Turn right at the second set of lights. Follow signs for Route 127 (Stone St.) Turning left at first stop sign onto Lothrop St. You will pass two beaches on the right. At the first set of lights, turn right onto Hale Street. About 200 yards, bear right onto Ober Street. Lynch Park is about a half mile on the right. #55. |
